Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Overwatch Inspections offers a full range of professional inspection services — with same-day digital reports and clear, upfront pricing.
Home Inspection
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of a home’s major readily accessible and installed systems and components at the time of the inspection, documented in a clear report with photos and practical recommendations.
Inspections are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and the applicable state Standards of Practice for the state where the property is located. Where requirements differ, the state Standards of Practice govern.
Roof Inspection
A focused evaluation of the roof covering and visible roof components, supported by high-quality photo and video documentation. When conditions allow, this may include drone-assisted imagery to better document roof surfaces and hard-to-view areas for clearer reporting and records.
Radon Testing
A short-term radon test that measures radon levels in the lowest livable area of the home under proper test conditions, with results clearly reported.
Standard Home Inspection
Our standard home inspection covers every major system structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing following each state’s Standards of Practice. You’ll receive a detailed, photo-rich report delivered the same day.
