Overwatch Inspections was founded by Zac Ashcraft to bring a disciplined, safety-focused inspection process to residential buyers, sellers, and agents in the Greater Cincinnati area. Zac has more than a decade of experience supporting large-scale commercial construction and startup projects in highly regulated environments. Before that, he served as a U.S. Army Warrant Officer, Aviation Safety Manager & Blackhawk helicopter Pilot in Command. That background is why the business runs on checklists, clear communication, and doing things the right way the first time.
