Standard Home Inspection
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of a home’s major readily accessible and installed systems and components at the time of the inspection, documented in a clear report with photos and practical recommendations.
Inspections are performed in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice and the applicable state Standards of Practice for the state where the property is located. Where requirements differ, the state Standards of Practice govern.
Pricing
<2,500 sq ft: $475

Condo (no roof): $450

Standalone Roof Inspection
A focused evaluation of the roof covering and visible roof components, supported by high-quality photo and video documentation. When conditions allow, this may include drone-assisted imagery to better document roof surfaces and hard-to-view areas for clearer reporting and records.
While roof assessments are included in every standard home inspection, we also offer standalone roof-only evaluations for insurance claims, maintenance checks, or peace of mind.
Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that can pose serious health risks. Radon testing measures radon levels in the lowest livable area of the home using a short-term test conducted under proper testing conditions. Results are clearly reported so you can understand your indoor air quality and next steps, if needed.
Radon testing can be scheduled as an add-on to a home inspection or as a standalone service .
