Our standard home inspection covers every major system structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing following each state’s Standards of Practice. You’ll receive a detailed, photo-rich report delivered the same day.
Standalone Roof Inspections
While roof assessments are included in every standard inspection, we also offer standalone roof-only evaluations for insurance claims, maintenance checks, or peace of mind.
Radon Testing
Radon is a colorless, odorless gas that can pose serious health risks. Our testing process ensures accurate results so you can breathe easy knowing your home’s air is safe. Radon testing is available as an add-on to a home inspection or as a standalone service.​
About Our Process
Overwatch Inspections performs every inspection in accordance with the state standards of practice for where the property is located:​​
Indiana: Follows Indiana Home Inspectors Licensing Board rules, including “Minimum Standards of Competent Practice and Code of Ethics.”
Ohio: Follows requirements adopted by the Ohio Home Inspector Board under Code Chapter 4764.
Kentucky: Follows Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors’ requirements (KRS 198B.706) aligned with ASHI or InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
Reports are formatted to align with ASHI and InterNACHI standards for a professional, familiar layout.​
We use drone technology when necessary to ensure safe and detailed roof inspections, and all drone operations are FAA Part 107 compliant.
